The following pictures generally shows how I did the gloved hands, there is no special technic or tools, but you do need a pair of good scissors and I recommend Fabri-Tac.

I think pictures worth a million of words (I am no good in writing anyway).  Noted the red arrows indicate the steps.  You don't have to follow my step exactly as different approach may end up with better results, you just have to experiment.

p.s. somebody might argue that the German never use such camo gloves... who cares
