The M4 CQB version is based on the operator pictures in Afghanistan. Modification involved shorten the barrel, Aimpoint mount base and sewn off carrying handle.
For those who has experience with the G.I. issue Colt M16 magazine, the "wear" of this 1/6 magazine may look familiar to you ;^) I used to deal with these magazines a lot and just think that it is fun to try to "wear" a 1/6, the base paint is Tamiya Green Yellow then the grey was coated, use the thinner to wipe out part of the grey on the surface & edges
