Kruger, Germany

Kruger is another aggressive and well known Z manufacturer from Germany.

One of their latest models is the 90 t-Kranzug mit Schutz-und Gegengewichtswagen in either DRG or DB.

Other interesting Kruger Z products includes the E91 nickname the "3 Jointed Pike" (the famous Bruce Lee weapon) ;-) among the local train modeler here in Hong Kong, the model is in fact base on the Marklin 8856 "Krokodil" w/ metal body.  A very nice modification.

The ThermoLok

is base on the Marklin 8806 BR78, the shell is metal and the customers has an option to order it with or without the light.  One suggestion to Mr Kruger is that maybe consider to use photo-etch part for the ladders to made the lok more realistic.

ET88 on the other hand is a combination of the Marklin 8705 & 8704 coaches then put to a FH motor base.  The power unit is the ET88 and the trailer is the ES88

The V80 is also available now, the shell is made by resin, the power unit is Marklin with a heavy job of modification.

Mr Martin Kruger also offers a lot of other small & interesting rolling stocks some of the examples are the KoI,  Breuer-Rangiertraktor & ...etc

Kruger's catalog available in a traditional B/W booklet or a CD Rom including all the pic's save in Adobe Photoshop's format.
